What
A series of 8 group sessions which focus on the following goals

  • Clients will learn about the treatment plan for the use of buprenorphine (Suboxone) and the relevant prescribing procedures and phases of use.
  • Clients will identify psychosocial stressors in their lives and acquire coping mechanisms for reducing stress and challenges.
  • Clients will address life skill training in the areas of communication, relationships and stress management.
  • Clients will monitor self assessment, specifically of one's motivation and readiness to continue the change process.
  • Clients will learn permanent and ongoing ways to evaluate their withdrawal symptoms, treatment needs and readiness to change.
  • Clients will receive referrals to other services, as needed.
